AK MOULD
Shaping the structures of the futurequality
AK Mould is an innovative and solution-oriented production center specializing in concrete formwork systems, the cornerstone of the construction industry. By combining our industry experience with modern engineering techniques, we offer durable, precise, and long-lasting formwork solutions.

Your Most Reliable Travel Companion
We aim to be more than just a mold manufacturer,we want to be your solution partner for your projects.
Our manufacturing journey began in 2005 in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul under the name AK Mühendislik Makina Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Today, in line with our vision of expanding into international markets, we continue our operations under the AK Mold and Machine brand.
Since our establishment, we have been developing steel mould systems and machinery solutions for concrete product manufacturing. In addition to paving stone moulds, concrete block moulds, kerbstone moulds and custom production solutions, we also design project-based machine systems, approaching production processes with a comprehensive engineering perspective.
All of our production processes are managed in-house at our own facility, supported by CNC-based manufacturing infrastructure and strong engineering discipline. Through careful steel selection, machining precision and strict quality control procedures, we develop systems that provide long service life and stable performance.
By strengthening our solid position in the local market with our growing international export network, we provide solutions to many countries, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and the Balkans.
At AK Mold and Machine, our goal is to create lasting value in the industry through reliability in production, sustainable quality and engineering-driven solutions.

Our team has extensive experience in international logistics, export packaging and customs procedures, ensuring that equipment reaches project sites safely and efficiently.
Quality Policy
AK Mold and Machine operates in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
All processes — from engineering and design to production, quality control and shipment — are managed within clearly defined quality procedures and inspection protocols.
Our objective is not only to manufacture equipment, but to deliver reliable, durable and long-lasting production systems that ensure stable performance for concrete product manufacturers
Through disciplined process management, precise manufacturing and strict quality control, we aim to maintain consistent standards across every project we deliver.

Message from Our Leader
Message from Our Founder
When we embarked on our journey as AK Mould, we had one fundamental vision: to seek quality and reliability in the construction industry not in the hardness of concrete, but in the precision of engineering.
Today, we know that each mold we produce is not just steel and metal, but actually a signature that shapes the safe structures of the future. In an era of rapid technological change, we are constantly pushing our production standards further, acting on the principle of “always better” rather than “the best.”
